Over medium warmth, add Tortilla to skillet, butter facet down. Sprinkle desired quantity of cheese over full floor of tortilla. Add to 1 half of tortilla- rooster, Onions, Black Beans, Corn and Jalapeňo.
When cheese begins to soften, fold tortilla in half (protecting facet with elements with the half solely coated in cheese). Cook dinner till backside is browned and cheese on backside is melted, roughly 3 minutes. Flip quesadilla to different facet to complete browning and melting cheese, roughly 3 minutes.
